Dental Technology

The Waverly Dental team utilizes the latest dental and surgical techniques, equipment, and technology to deliver the most effective, efficient, and highest quality care possible.

This includes:  Panorex, Cephalometric, and 3D Cone beam CT (CBCT) imaging technology, state-of-art virtual implant planning software, Digital intraoral scanners, etc.

Specialized Care

Our practice is unique in that this office is staffed (full-time) by both a Prosthodontist and an Oral Surgeon. Having both of these specialists in the same office 5 days/week is uncommon in the dental field, and ultimately allows for more efficient and accurate coordination-of-care, particularly when it comes to patients who require dental implant treatment. Their combined expertise ranges from single tooth replacement (including missing front teeth in the “Esthetic Zone”) to Full Arch dental implant rehabilitation for replacement of an entire set of missing teeth in the upper or lower jaw, i.e. Overdentures, “All-on-4” Hybrid Prosthesis (aka “Teeth in a Day”).

Our board-certified Oral Surgeon provides a wide-range of oral and maxillofacial surgery including but not limited to: dentoalveolar surgery (extraction of wisdom and other non-salvageable teeth, adjunctive orthodontic procedures, etc.), pre-prosthetic surgery (alveoloplasty, tori reduction, frenectomy, etc.), dental implants (including full mouth rehabilitation with implant-retained/supported prostheses), complex bone grafting (open ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, etc), management and treatment of oral pathology, treatment of oral and facial infections, and office-based anesthesia (outpatient sedation) techniques.
